Firm Profile
The Townsend & Townsend prosecutes personal injury and wrongful death cases for clients throughout the United States. The firm was founded in 1941 and has included three generations of Townsend attorneys. Our combined experience includes the presentation of over 1000 jury trials in personal injury and wrongful death cases. We believe an attorney should be chosen based on the skill they have demonstrated in prior cases. The majority of our cases are referred by other attorneys or prior clients. We invite you to review some of the actual Supreme Court and Court of Appeals opinions from cases we have been involved in if you would like to see the results of our work. We handle all types of personal injury and wrongful death cases including motor vehicle collisions, medical malpractice, product liability and premises liability claims. We also frequently enter into co-counsel or referral fee arrangements. Any attorney fees we collect are contingent upon the successful outcome of the case. Our clients do not pay attorney fees unless and until we win the case and collect monetary damages on their behalf.
